Refund policy

Our goal is to make our customers happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Please Note For Eligible Returns only: 

• You’re welcome to return individual products in original packaging within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. 
• The actual refund amount is subject to applied discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.
• Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
• If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, we will replace the product, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Lastly, do not forget to include your order number in your email to goodvibes@curatedambience.com
